This furnished apartment is on the second floor of a beautiful 1873 mansion on the North side of town. Easy walk to both Skidmore College and downtown Saratoga. About two and a half blocks from City Center (Convention Center). Clean, quiet, owner-occupied house. Full size washer and dryer in the apartment. Window unit air conditioners in living room and both bedrooms. New 43” TVs in the living room and main bedroom. WiFi. New sheets and towels. Basic supplies provided. Off-Street parking.

Quiet and private, close to town

Minutes to everything but feels like miles away. Escape the traffic and noise of downtown yet only three miles to the track and less than five miles to Broadway. Easy access to anywhere you wish to go. The apartment is the entire first floor, I live on the 2nd floor. Private entrance, super clean. Get comfy in an Adirondack chair or lounge and enjoy the fire pit by the pond at the end of the day. Free wifi, Netflix, Prime and Max. I'm available if you need any assistance, invisible if you don't.

You will be our only guests. 2nd floor room with private entrance, microwave/mini fridge and full bathroom. Queen bed. Adirondack style cape on 15 wooded acres. Central Air and window unit, hardwood floors, excellent water. Rural location with a 15 min drive to Saratoga Springs, Race Track, Casino, Performing Arts Center, Spa State Park and Automobile Museum. Drive further to visit Moreau State Park Beach, Six Flags Great Escape and the Adirondack Park. Very clean, no smoking, no pets.

Cottage in the Woods built with our own hands!

Our sweet little 520 square ft. cottage has one open loft bedroom and is perfect for one person or a couple. It is located about 1.5 miles from the track and within walking distance to downtown Saratoga Springs. It is next to Skidmore woods with hiking trails and easy access to the campus. It is a perfect place if you are looking for quiet and rest located at the end of a dead-end road and is also right next to our house so we are always available. A perfect little getaway.

Have fun at this stylish setting. There is one bedroom, a large bathroom with tub, living room and kitchenette. Included is a futon which accommodates 2 smaller children or one adult. There is also a small private flagstone patio for nature lovers. It is located only 5 minutes from broadway, 8 minutes from SPAC and 10 minutes to Saratoga Racetrack. Lake George is a brief 30 minute drive. Unique to this location is a horse farm on the opposite side of the street.
