Very responsive and accommodating. A snow storm arrived during our stay. FFB was a perfect place to be! The local store had everything we needed & Jay’s place was nice and cozy! The large patio windows offered picturesque views of the snow falling- It was like being in a small town Hallmark movie! We highly recommend for a winter holiday stay!!

The place is great my kids where happy it was raining we didn’t get to go out side but it was great the host was very responsive and helpful thank you everything was clean and comfortable

The location was perfect. We were there for high school golf and loved the convenience of being close to the golf course. The host was very responsive and flexible.

The studio was exactly as described. It was clean, comfortable, and decorated adorably. The host was super responsive and left an envelope with recommendations for restaurants and things to do. The bathroom was large, the shower was amazing, and well-stocked with tons of towels. The only thing to be aware of is there are no curtains or blinds on the large windows/sliding door so be mindful of that. This is shown in the pictures, but may not be immediately noticeable. Other than that, this place was wonderful. Would definitely recommend.

This place was great!! The pool was the best part we mostly stayed in the pool and only took our boat out once. A little pricey to not be right on the lake but sandy beach is only a 5 minute walk. The Airbnb fees really drove up the price but the pool was worth it and we were able to see most of the fireworks from the balcony...Highly recommend!!

Our stay at Rocky Top Falls was beyond what we expected! Miguel and Rachel are phenomenal hosts! They are friendly and communicate awesome! The space and location are better than the pictures. We enjoyed the views so much we asked Miguel if he could connect us with a photographer. He did and we had family photos taken! We had three families there and more than enough room! They had everything we needed for kids aging from 3 months to 10 yo. They have thought of everything! This stay would be a great choice for groups of all sizes looking for beautiful views and wonderful accommodations! Tyler & Lindsay

We had a great stay at Melissa's lakeside retreat. Our group had plenty of room and enjoyed playing games around the large table. Everything was super clean and comfortable and we loved waking up to the beautiful view of the lake. I highly recommend staying at Melissa's place if you travel to the Fairfield Bay area. She was a fabulous host and made us feel right at home.

Don’t hesitate to book this place! We had a wonderful experience.. the cabin is so beautiful and secluded. We did some fishing, we had a bbq and enjoyed the hot tub. The views are amazing! We visited a few different parks and they were all so pretty! Our Spring Break is definitely one for the books.. thank you for such a lovely stay. Everything was perfect. Our stay was great. We had a great time, and this house was perfect for my group. Very nice lake access just down the road, perfect spot to chill and hang out. One of my friends accidentally left a jacket at the house when we checked out, but the host had no problem with him coming to retrieve it. Very friendly host and responded on messages very quickly. Great stay!

Matt’s place was cozy and comfortable. We enjoyed the natural setting, loved sitting on the deck with my morning coffee, and walking down to the water. Beds were comfortable and showers were good. The water pressure in the master bathroom sink was a rather poor but we managed. Great place!

The house was immaculate. Truly amazing. Everything was well provided for and convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

Room for everyone! Lots of space to visit and spend time together! Great views of lake and short walk down to beach!!!

This place was a fantastic stay! Very peaceful and clean. We were able to catch a few trout right off the dock. Host was responsive to any questions I had. The only down side is there isn’t a washer or dryer. I didn’t realize this when I booked, which is my mistake. However, there is a laundromat just a short drive away. We will be staying again when we visit next year!

Had a nice stay! Very quite area away from everything. House was perfect for a group of 8 and we will stay again if in the area!

We loved our time at Tricia's place, it was such a beautiful place, exactly like the pictures depicted, clean, and comfortable. There were very clear instructions for everything and the house had everything we needed while we were there. Very relaxing getaway, highly recommend.

This charming secluded hilltop rock house surrounded by tall pine trees and adorned nightly with sparkling stars appears to be a well kept secret in Pangburn, Arkansas. The beds are comfy, decor eclectic, kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals, & bathrooms were not luxurious, but adequate. The driveway would present a challenge for a car, but our SUV & truck handled it fine. The host was gracious and responsive. Definitely will keep this property on our repeat list.

Ideal place for a family with younger children. Quiet and peaceful setting away from normal tourists.

Overall, the experience was great! The house is very spacious and clean and the location was quiet and a bit remote. Any communication that was prompt and accommodating!
