Castle on the Canal du Midi near Carcassonne

Gîte La Tour du Canal - Petit château du XIII century, facing the Canal du Midi, in an estate of more than 2 hectares. Nestled in the heart of olive and almond trees. We open the doors to this very private estate, where there are two castles, one from the 13th century, the other from the 19th century, where we live. The large shaded park is appreciated on hot summer days, and is embellished with a large swimming pool. It is located 10 minutes from the City of Carcassonne and 3 minutes from Trèbes.

Gîte Jeannette. Les gites du Gabiat: 44 m²

15 minutes from the city of Carcassonne, the Jeannette Gîte in Leuc between sea and mountain in a small village. Comfortable, simple, functional, well-equipped and non-smoking Mosquito nets on all windows. Double glazing, controlled mechanical ventilation, reversible air conditioning. I don't charge a cleaning fee, but in return I just expect you to leave the place as you found it. All necessary utensils and products are at your disposal. Towels and bed sheets are available as an OPTION for a fee.

Sixteenth Century House and garden

Experience the real France. Large sixteenth century house, small sunny and secluded garden, barn. Modern bathrooms and a very high comfort rating with guests e.g. "Best equipped house I have ever stayed in." (August, 2016). Great village with shops, a cafe. Excellent for visiting the Mediterranean beaches, Carcassonne, the Pyrenees, and the Minervois vineyards. Nearest airports Carcassonne (15 mins) and Toulouse (1h 20). Good reviews: "Feels more lent than rented", "I'll be back!".

This peaceful place to stay offers a stay to discover Occitania for the whole family It consists of 3 levels: - on the ground floor, you will find 1 room that can be used as a bedroom (2 beds of 80 cm) or a games room with its foosball table, 1 toilet and the bathroom. - on the 1st floor, 1 kitchen and a living room. - on the 2nd floor, a toilet and 2 bedrooms: one with 1 bed of 140 cm and another with 2 beds of 70 cm that can be combined into 1 of 140 cm Cleaning is included.
