Our house is located directly on Linz's main square, Klosterstrasse 1. A beautiful old building and right next to our main house the Hauptplatz 23. The flair of the building is unique and so the apartment is just as suitable for a business trip as it is for a private visit to Linz. Linz is usually not discovered at the first sight. The cottage for nature lovers is situated in a special, secluded location in the beautiful Ötscher Tormäuer. The small property "slows you down" and is good for the soul. You can swim in the crystal-clear, refreshing water of the Erlauf river, which is only 400 metres away, go hiking or embark on other adventures. A campfire in the evening or a barbecue will make the day perfect!
