The house is located in an absolutely quiet location on our organic farm in the Ötscher Tormäuer/Alpines Mostviertel nature park. Starting point for excursions and hikes. Ideal for families, bikers and couples. The 68 m² accommodation is fully equipped, has a terrace with a barbecue and a private entrance. The entire property is used by you alone. The village centre with numerous leisure activities (outdoor swimming pool, tennis) can be reached in 3 km by car or hiking boots! Looking forward to seeing you soon.

A small nice house with about 70 m² of living space in a quiet location, on Johannesweg, 4 km to the thermal baths and 25 minutes by car from Linz. Our house was built in 1974 and completely renovated in 2019. Therefore, it is modernly furnished and very comfortable. Here you can rest, relax or take a break on the Johannesweg on a 3-day pilgrimage and feel the magic of the Mühlviertel. Thanks to our network of riding trails of around 700 km on the Mühlviertel-Alm, we are always happy to see hiking riders!

Welcome to Rodlhaus GruBÄR! The wood-burning stove in the living and dining area provides cozy warmth. The very well equipped kitchen invites you to cook. From the balcony you can look into the nature reserve and have direct access to the large toboggan. On the top floor you will find cozy sleeping places. The Danube and the Danube beaches are only a few 100 meters away, the car parks almost right outside the front door, but the whole settlement to the Danube is then car-free, so you can walk, cycle, hike as your heart desires. One of Austria's most famous architects (Roland Rainer) designed the garden city - the quality of life here is great.

The apartment is located in the Mostviertel, Lower Austria in a settlement on the outskirts on a slope with beautiful valley-side views and forest or Alpine meadow at the back. Of particular note are our castle ruins, which are used as an event stage in the summer months. We are located right in the middle of the Mostviertel - the ideal starting point for many excursions. Small house at the foot of the Ginselberg with views of a large pasture surrounded by forests. The accommodation has its own terrace with wonderful views of nature. The building is divided into 2 floors. On the first floor there is a small anteroom, from which you go into the living room, further into the kitchen, the bathroom and a toilet. The two bedrooms and a gallery are located on the upper floor.
