Besonders freuen wir uns über Menschen die einen Zugang zu Spiritualität haben. Für die Praxis stehen Meditationskissen und Yogamatten bereit.

Charming Danube house on the river bank in the middle of the UNESCO World Heritage Site Wachau. Fully equipped, 1600 m² garden, fire & barbecue area, sports equipment, games. Directly on the Danube Cycle Path & the Romantikstraße – nature, culture, sports & relaxation in one! Danube beach right in front of the house. Ideal for companies, sports, yoga, club events and, of course, groups and families. Unique and original furnishings. It is a very old and simple house, hence the low price.

Rodlhaus GruBÄR

Welcome to Rodlhaus GruBÄR! The wood-burning stove in the living and dining area provides cosy warmth. The very well-equipped kitchen invites you to cook. From the balcony, you can look into the nature reserve and have direct access to the large Rodl. Upstairs, you will find cosy sleeping areas. You can relax in the barrel sauna in the garden or in the hammock with a view. Cafe Machine: Tschibo Cafissimo Various sauna infusion oils are available. Looking forward to seeing you soon :)

The former barn is originally converted into a holiday home of a special kind, 144 m² on two levels. Surrounded by 2 hectares of meadow, 1 ha of forest, a place for retreat, for family holidays, for "Just being in Hollenstein". Swimming, tennis, cycling (Ybbstag cycle path right on the doorstep), hiking, skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and tobogganing right by the house when the snow allows! 3 km from the centre of Hollenstein, very good infrastructure.

Welcome to KernAlm! On an absolute secluded location, on a southern slope at 1000 m above sea level, is the KernAlm. Nestled in the untouched nature, on the edge of a forest, the KernAlm is a special spot of originality. In the morning you will be woken up by bird chirping and the first warm rays of sunshine that shine through the window, and in the evening no sound disturbs a quiet sleep. A vacation spot without force, for self-catering.

Vacation home on the Ybbs

Cozy cottage on the Ybbs for 3 people – ideal for nature lovers! The charming cottage in a cul-de-sac offers a sauna and jacuzzi for relaxation. The river access is a short distance away and is slightly impassable, but ideally suited for stand-up paddling and swimming. A small, fully fenced garden also makes the house ideal for guests with a dog. Arrival is possible both by public transport and in only 1 h 15 min by car from Vienna

House on the Meadow

Small house at the foot of the Ginselberg with views of a large pasture surrounded by forests. The accommodation has its own terrace with wonderful views of nature. The building is divided into 2 floors. On the first floor there is a small anteroom, from which you go into the living room, further into the kitchen, the bathroom and a toilet. The two bedrooms and a gallery are located on the upper floor.
