La casa è in un contesto geografico ideale perché vicino al centro città e contemporaneamente in un luogo molto tranquillo e immerso nel verde della prima collina di Aosta. Adatto a singoli, coppie e famiglie (max 3 persone con divano letto), sono benvenuti gli animali d'affezione.
