The property is peacefully located with a nice park as a neighbour and an atmospheric marina at the end of the road. There is a separate entrance and private garden with the possibility to barbecue and enjoy the outdoors. In just 5 minutes you can walk down to a beautiful, child-friendly sandy beach. Large shopping center is 1 km from the property, and Copenhagen is easily reached in about 25 minutes by car or train. Ideal for both families and couples.

Cozy annex with private kitchen and bathroom. There is a bedroom with 1 1/2-person bed. In the living room, there is a double sofa bed. (Travel bed/triptrap chair can be borrowed). The house is located near Tisvilde Hegn - i.e. in scenic surroundings. In addition, you can cycle to Tisvildeleje beach. Walking distance to shopping - grocery store, bakery and café. 8 km. To Helsinge and 7 km. To Frederiksværk city. Easy to get to the house with public bus lines. Bicycles can be borrowed. Guests over 2 people cost 100 per person per day.

The enjoyment takes place in the countryside, filled with nature and good views directly over Arresø. Du kan ikke andet nyde og slappe af i denne unikke top isoleret hytte med EL og varme. Der er direkte udsigt til søen og frit udsyn til de vilde dyr i morgengry og stjernehimmel ved natte tid. Omkring hytte er der hængekøje, 2 behagelige stole , bord-bænkesæt, bålsted. Så her kan I bare nyde naturen på tæthold samtidig have den bedste komfort. House 12 km to Copenhagen and 600 m to the beach

120 kvm stort hus med 3 soveværelser, med senge til 8 voksne. Der er endnu en ekstra soveplads (sovesofa) inde i stuen, så 9 sovepladser i alt. Huset ligger 600 m til en badestrand og 200 m til supermarkeder. Togstationen er 150 m fra huset. Togene kører til København hver 10. minut. Togturen til indre København tager 20 min. Togturen til lufthavnen tager 40 min. Oplader til elbil 25 m fra huset. Gratis parkering ved huset. Der er udendørs trampolin fra 21 april og til og med efterårsferie.

Annex of 42 m2 with large terrace

.The decoration is Nordic style and the building consists of living room with a sofa bed, a bathroom with shower and a kitchen with dining area and direct access to 16m2 terrace equipped with garden furniture. it is suitable for two people. . The nearest village is only 7 km away with shopping options. we are a couple in the sixties living permanently with our Jack Russel in the adjacent building, ,and we will alw terrierays be available for any inquiries and immediate help.

Fjordgarden - Guesthouse

Our guest house is situated only 100m from Holbæk Fjord by a little lake surrounded by trees. When you live in the house you are close to nature, with easy access to the Fjord. The fjord is often used for water sports. Bicycle- and walking routes makes it easy to take tours, and with a short distance to the center of Holbæk (5 km) you can easily experience the town. Because of the lake, just in front of the guesthouse, it is not suitable for smaller children.

Can, by agreement, run loose on the whole property. Smoking in the house is not allowed, but must take place outdoors.
