This 70 m2 accommodation, refurbished in my grandparents' farm, is located in the town of Grillon, amid vineyards. Grillon is conveniently located for visiting the Enclave des Papes, Provence, Drôme Provençale and the Alpilles: ⁃ 5 min to Grignan and its Castle ⁃ 30 minutes from Vaison-la-Romaine ⁃ 50 min from L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue ⁃ 1 hour from Avignon with its bridge and festival ⁃ 30 min from Gigondas, Seguret... ⁃ 1 hour from Alpilles, Luberon and Mont Ventoux

It is located upstairs, for four adults, adjoining the owners' farmhouse. 48 m2 living room, with fully equipped open kitchen, relaxation area with 127 cm TV, air conditioning. 35 m2 master suite with walk-in shower, double sinks, separate toilet, air conditioning. 30 m2 mezzanine. Both beds are 160 X 200. Private terrace with Weber barbecue.

You have 3 towels per person. Two cactus gardens are shared with guests. This furnished tourist accommodation is rated 3 stars by the OTC Pays de Grignan Tourist Office – Enclave des Papes. Quiet location, 2-minute walk to the center of the village.

Contemporary villa on the heights of Grignan, a 10-minute walk from the village with a beautifully wooded garden and heated pool, which ensures a good water temperature from April. The house is spacious, bright, comfortable, furnished with quality furniture and tastefully decorated. From the house, many paths will allow you to walk through the Drôme nature, between lavender fields, plots of vines and undergrowth.

Head in the clouds and feet in the water

Former agricultural building, this 75 m2 house has been completely renovated after 3 years of work (end of work July 2021) This renovation was done with great care, for a premium service. In each of the rooms the view is striking, charming or even aerial… It is a real little eagle's nest that dominates the village… but with your feet in the water… The Roanne River and its natural pools are a 5-minute walk away.
