Great undisturbed garden with path down to the swimming area and Svaberg. 10 minutes walk to Bertes (beach). The house is located about 12 km from Kristiansand Zoo. There is no TV or internet in the house.

The house has a lot of nice hiking terrain nearby and good sun conditions from morning to evening.

We live in a quiet place called Fiskåtangen, only 7 min from Kr.sand city center by car, 15 min by bike. The house is not far from the lake, with a jetty, diving board and a small beach :) At Fiskåtangen we have two playgrounds and a large park/open area called Myren Gård. This is a nice place to stay with children:)
