Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Grimaud

My wife and I had the best vacation ever! This is the best Airbnb i’ve ever rented by far. Ela was a fantastic host. The building (Parc du Cap) is incredible. It’s brand new, with unbelievable amenities such as beautiful indoor and outdoor pools, a fantastic tennis court, a top notch gym and spa boasting a world class sauna, steam room and even a cold room. The apartment itself was immaculate with top notch appliances and a large furnished terrace. The location was as good as it gets! It’s only a 5 minute walk to the heart of Juan-les-Pins and all the restaurants, bars, and shops. It’s also only a 5 minute walk to all the amazing beaches. We also walked 15 minutes to go into Antibes and all their restaurants, beaches etc. If I could sum our experience in one word it would be- PERFECT! Gary Busel

Private and secure parking. Proximity to a large area within walking distance in less than five minutes from the property. Completely satisfied with the whole thing. Small downside, for the lack of wifi and a TV reception, not always at the TOP. Excellent bedding. Excellent cleanliness of the accommodation. Great stay. Recommended.

This apartment was the perfect place to stay during my time in Cannes. It was well situated but a little removed from all the hustle and bustle. I loved waking up in the mornings, sitting on the balcony, and watching the boats in the bay. Communication was easy, and the apartment was easy to find.

Amazing apartment in central location! Host were great at responding and providing info on things to do in local area. We booked this last min booking as our other Airbnb cancelled and host went over and beyond to get us checked in quickly. Thank you for hosting us and giving us a late checked out really helpful on the last day, will definitely book again. 😀

We had a pleasant stay in this accommodation, actually located a 1-minute walk to the beach and a 5-minute walk to the pier for the Iles d'Or. The use of a key box allows you to be independent for check-in and checkout, the instructions received beforehand were very clear and the accommodation was impeccable on arrival. Linens and cleaning included in the service are a real plus! One area for improvement could be the optimization of the balcony: the balcony furniture makes it impossible to fully open the shutters, which is a shame because this window is one of the only sources of natural light in the apartment. Apart from this small detail, we really enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to return if the opportunity arises!

Céline is a caring, accommodating, available and really nice host. Excellent accommodation, functional, in a good location... we like the baby equipment, the little life-changing extras (lots of hangers and storage, the small swimsuit drying rack in the shower, all the necessary dishes and even more...). Dorothee is really helpful and goes above and beyond to help her guests. The apt. is really spacious and has nice light, and is 2 minutes from the train station. I loved it and would return.

We had a lovely short stay in Cannes. The apartment was perfectly placed to wander the old town and down to the beach. On a roadtrip, this peaceful and secure environment was the backbone of my wide explorations of the area. The apartment is clean and well kept. Its amenities and space are efficiently arranged/organized. The sea view is this little extra that amazes you as soon as you wake up! Local merchants are affable, and the offer is enough to compensate for daily needs. Including a few very nice restaurants. Available, Axel is welcoming and very friendly. Her written explanations, as well as her verbal advice when hosting, are accurate and effective. I highly recommend.

This apartment in Juan Les Pins is very well located, a few minutes from the beach and with many restaurants nearby. A 10-minute walk from the train station, it's a great place not only to enjoy the atmosphere and beauty of Juan Les Pins and Antibes but also other cities on the French Riviera like Cannes and Cap d 'Ail. The apartment was very clean, very well equipped and very well secured. We were welcomed by Yaël, a charming host who did everything to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Everything was very positive.

Loved this place. The seaside deck chairs, pools, restaurants were all so lovely. Ideal for kids too.

Wow wow wow, Herve’s house exceeded our expectations, it’s even more beautiful than it looks in the photos, everything is spotlessly clean and in gorgeous surroundings. All the amenities you could ever need. It is in a private gated domaine so you feel very safe. Nathalie was really helpful and flexible with check in time and met us when we arrived. She also helped us arrange a private chef to come to the villa on the last evening which was absolutely exceptional. It was a great location, about a ten minute walk down to the beach and lots of shops/taxi companies/uber/bars and restaurants as well as the ferry port that takes you to st tropez and other locations. We felt right at home! We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again, thank you for a wonderful trip.

We loved this place! We loved its location, the house and lovely outdoor space. It was close proximity to the beach and we enjoyed using it as a base to explore the local area. Elodie and Brice were great! I would highly recommend this property, especially for a family.

Beautiful home that responded to much more than we expected. The exterior is extremely well appointed with several spaces that make the house very comfortable and very cocooning. It is very well located in a quiet location in a small village but not far from the big cities and close to shops. Regarding Olivier, the host is very kind and very friendly. He made himself very available when we needed to ask him. We'll be happy to go back next year.
