Beautiful walks & cycling await you from your doorstep. Chatsworth House, Hadden and Thornbridge hall, Bakewell and Buxton are all within easy reach, as is the Monsal Trail.

The Tower

The Tower is the perfect romantic high-end getaway for couples who want to get away from it all in a secluded location and fancy just something different. The Tower has recently been converted for use as a holiday let which was previously an unused ancillary building adjacent to The Water Works, an old water treatment plant near Bolsover, converted to domestic use in 2002 and featured on the Channel 4 programme Grand Designs. A cosy cottage in a thriving village. Pretty walled garden with garden furniture. Well equipped, with quality linen, towels. Bathroom with separate bath and great power shower. Bedroom one has a double bed and bedroom two has two singles which can be zipped together to make a king size. Great Wi-Fi signal. Family friendly, cot and high chair available. Sorry no pets. Two minute walk into the village situated away from the main road on the hillside. Self check in with key box.

Located in the picturesque village of Foolow in the centre of the Peak District National Park. Foolow (originally "la foulowe" - 1284) meaning a hill frequented by birds, is one of the hidden gems of the Peak District. Within easy travel to many Peak District attractions and walks. Litton Mill is a beautiful converted former watermill located right in the heart of the Peak District national park, minutes walk from the Monsal Trail. The apartment has been recently renovated and features a stunning 640 sq ft open plan living, dining room and kitchen area as well as two large ensuite bedrooms each having super king beds (which can be turned into two single beds if required) with an additional pullout small single bed in each room.
