Beautiful annex, beautifully located by a property in the countryside. View of garden and field. Private bathroom. Bed linen/towels are included. TV with Chromecast. Necessary service is available as well as microwave and refrigerator. On the property's 6 hectares, horses occasionally walk, the neighboring property is one of Denmark's largest wineries. There are opportunities for lovely walks in the area. It is about 12 km to Kolding and Fredericia. Shopping about 6 km. We have a peaceful German shepherd (Boris) who loves to have visitors.

A nice and quiet place, with scenic surroundings and rich wildlife. New large terrace with canopy in the middle of the forest. Walking distance of 8 minutes to fresh air at Ringkøbing Fjord. The charming house offers the beautiful nature inside, and is a lovely bright interior, which invites you to a cozy and relaxing vacation. Absolutely attractive, inviting and child-friendly home, where there is room for both immersion and play. Large garden area. The home is located in a scenic area, with short distances to the most popular attractions, such as Legoland, Lego House and Givskud Zoo. Private terrace area and fire pit. There is ample opportunity to see wildlife and birdlife. There are two large bedrooms that can sleep 3 and 4 people, respectively. Baby alarm and blackout curtains in both rooms. Child-friendly and private.

Guesthouse (annex) 15 m2 with a two-person bed and bathroom with shower. 32" flatscreen with cable tv. Wi-Fi. No kitchen, but a fridge/freezer, plates, microwave, toaster, coffee/teaboiler and BBQ grill (outside). Small table and 2 chairs + one extra comfortable chair. Terrace with grill is avalible just outside the door. Pets are Welcome. There is free parking in the driveway at the adress. Bikes kan be parked at covered terrasse. 5 minutes walking distance from lake park and city centre.

Ruggård er en gammel bondegård, som ligger på kanten af Vejle Ådal kun 18 km fra Kolding, Vejle og Billund (Legoland). Du har her det optimale udgangspunkt for ture i den smukkeste danske natur. Området byder på vandrestier og cykel- og rideruter. Her er mange udflugtsmuligheder, men afsæt også tid til ophold på gården. Børn ELSKER at være her. Her prioriteres ude-livet og derfor er der ikke TV i boligen (forældre takker os) Kom og oplev den landlige idyl og ro og hils på gårdens dyr.

Beautiful guest house in natural and quiet surroundings

We offer accommodation in our new guesthouse. The guesthouse is best suited for a couple, as well as a couple plus a child. It is possible to be a couple plus a child and a baby. The guest house has a private entrance and is with a full kitchen as well as a bathroom. The kitchen, living room, and sleeping area are a large room, but the sleeping area is separated by half a wall. There is a large garden with child-friendly playground. Quiet, cosy accommodation, your own flat; entrance, bathroom bedroom, second bedroom/boxroom with sofabed (for bookings of more than 2 guests) Stay in the heart of Billund and close to all the important activities (600 m to Lego House, 1.8 km to Legoland, 500 m to Billund town centre). There are no cooking facilities at this property only a fridge, coffee, plates,bowls,cutlery (there is a gas barbeque but its outside and you get wet if it rains). We live in the main house.
