Modern and cozy mountain apartment with a view

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti, which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 10min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths right behind the house as well as two good restaurants.

Large ski room, underground parking and direct bus to the ski station in front of the door. 3 single beds in the bedroom and lovely, folding 2x1 double bed in the living room. The return trip from the slopes to the house is possible by skis or bus.

Spend a wonderful vacation in beautiful Puschlav. Our studio is located in the countryside and can accommodate 2 adults and 1 child. In a few minutes you can reach the village center of Poschiavo. Le Prese is also very close, where you can stroll comfortably by the lake. Or you can take the Bernina Express, which takes you over the circular viaduct of Brusio (UNESCO World Heritage Site) to Tirano.
