Modern and cozy mountain apartment with a view

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti, which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 10min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths right behind the house as well as two good restaurants.

Very cozy attic in Laax - direct from ski lift

Beautiful completely renovated apartment, located 2 min from the valley station in Laax and the Rockresort with lots of nice restaurants and bars. The apartment has a spacious living room with a fireplace and large comfortable sofa. The kitchen, dining and living rooms are a lovely and harmonious open space. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 with a large double bed and 1 with 3 custom built single bunk beds. There is one bathroom complete with shower tiled in the special local Vals stone.

Ideally suited for ski holidays as well as a good starting point for hiking trips & bike tours or to relax in the green idyll from everyday stress. Very tastefully and lovingly furnished. Cozy atmosphere for a nice get-together and best recreation. Unique indoor pool (20m) + 2 small saunas in the house. Large ski room, underground parking and direct bus to the ski station in front of the door. 3 single beds in the bedroom and lovely, folding 2x1 double bed in the living room. Wake up with a view of the mountains! TV / highspeed WLAN. Bathroom with bath/shower and large mirror cabinet.

Charming newly renovated studio

Spend fantastic holidays in beautiful Puschlav. In the middle of the countryside is our studio, which can accommodate 2 adults and 1 child. In a few minutes you can reach the village center of Poschiavo. Le Prese is also in the immediate vicinity, where you can stroll comfortably on the lake. Or you can take the Bernina Express, which takes you over the district viaduct from Brusio (UNESCO World Heritage) to Tirano.
