Beautiful private house with garden, balcony, air conditioning, overlooking the lake, 2 parking spaces. The house has a beautiful open plan space with kitchen, dining and lounge with 2 large sofas. On the ground floor a beautiful bedroom with king-size double bed, a bedroom with two bunk beds, a bedroom with sofa bed and a bathroom with bathtub. Ideally located 5 min. walk from the lake, 5 min. drive from Tenero sports center and 10-15 min. from Locarno and Ascona.
