Casa Magging is located on the road that connects Locarno to Ponte Brolla. The house immersed in nature is equipped with every comfort. It consists of 2 apartments with large outdoor spaces and direct access to the Maggia River. Apartment 1 with private parking, has a bright bedroom with a must-see view, a large living room with a sofa bed and a wood-burning fireplace, 2 bathrooms, an equipped kitchen and a covered terrace with BBQ as well as large outdoor spaces to enjoy sunbathing.

Casa Brione 41 is a unique gem. In 2023, the house was completely renovated and impresses with modern design and attention to detail. There are 2 bedrooms with double beds and 2 bathrooms with showers. Outside, there is a balcony on the ground and upper floor with a wonderful view of Lake Maggiore, as well as several seating areas and terraces for relaxing. The shared use of a pool (with the other 8 houses (mostly Easter - Oct), as well as a parking space are available.
