Das Haus liegt 5 Minuten von einer Bushaltestelle (ÖV) entfernt. Ein Gourmettempel Osteria Orlin ist 10 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt. Auch für Kunst steht viel Raum zur Verfügung.

Die Casa Brione 41 ist ein einzigartiges Bijou. 2023 wurde das Haus komplett renoviert und überzeugt durch modernes Design und Liebe zum Detail. Es gibt 2 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und 2 Bäder mit Dusche. Im Aussenbereich gibt es im Erd- und Obergeschoss einen Balkon mit wundervollem Blick auf den Lago Maggiore, sowie mehrere Sitzbereiche und Terrassen zum Entspannen. Die Mitbenutzung eines Pools (mit den weiteren 8 Häusern (meist Ostern - Okt), wie ein Stellplatz stehen zur Verfügung.

Unsere Sauna kann optional für 100 CHF dazugemietet werden. Bushaltestelle (Skibus) und Supermarkt sind 50 bzw. 300 m entfernt. Unser Ferienhaus ist ausgestattet mit Sonos & Spotify, Flatscreen und WLAN. Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit allem, was benötigt wird. Anreisetag in der Hauptsaison: Samstag (oder nach Vereinbarung)

Perfect for a digital detox! Our Casa di Berna is located in the centre of the small village of Paudo. The cosy rustico is ideal as a place to calm down and has two bedrooms and a cosy eat-in kitchen. Small but nice is our motto! Our rustico is fully equipped and has a bathroom with shower and a small WC-bathroom on the upper floor. The absolute highlight is the wonderful view of the Magadino plain.
