"Cascina Gastaldi" is an old renovated countryhouse surrounded by the green hills of Monferrato and by vineyards, where you can forget the hectic everyday life and spend days outdoor in the midst of the scents and colors of the flower garden or the countryside. After sunny days you can cool off in the new pool or read a book under the shade of cherry trees or under the cool porch. The house can accommodate up to a maximum of 6 people and is part of a lovely, tiny hamlet.

It has two separate and fenced gardens, with private swimming pool, all for the exclusive use of guests and is surrounded by fields, vegetable gardens, woods and vineyards.

The large apartment has a master bedroom with a queen size double bed, a study/bedroom with a French double sofa bed. An eat-in kitchen, bathroom with window and a huge living room with Netflix TV included. Fast Wifi for surfing the internet or watching Netflix on a 40 inch TV. 2 large balconies where you can have a coffee, have a meal, or just get some sun.

Casa Statella is close to the city center of Acqui Terme and just 500 meters from the spa area and its large swimming pool and is an ideal starting point to explore the gastronomic, historical and natural riches of Alto Monferrato. In an hour's drive you can reach the Ligurian Riviera or visit the big cities of northern Italy. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).

Della Bollente II Residence

The apartment is located on the main square of the city in Palazzo Scati. Palazzo, founded on the ruins of a Roman amphitheater and pre-existing medieval buildings, belonged since 1614 to the Scati family, recognized as one of the oldest noble families of Acqui Terme. Thanks to careful restoration in 2025, all of the building's authentic elements were preserved. The building was declared a Special Cultural Heritage Site.

A 2 bedroom self-catering cottage as featured on channel 4 "Help we bought a village" suitable for a small family , with open plan kitchen with breakfast bar and lounge area. Upstairs the cottage sleeps 2 adults in a double room and 1 children in a single room off the main bedroom, bathroom with shower. Private outside terrace/eating area covered with wisteria so shading from the baking sun.
