The studio

Studio in the heart of Port Lay, built in 2023. It is located 15 minutes from Port Tudy and 5 minutes from the village of the island, where you will find all amenities. The small port at the bottom of the house is only a two-minute walk away and will allow you to go swimming at the end of the day. It is ideal for a couple (possibility to come with a baby). This accommodation is adjoining ours, but you have your private entrance as well as an enclosed garden that is not overlooked.

Cottage in the heart of the village

Nice cottage in the heart of the village. It is adjoining my house but you will be completely independent. The terrace is private and reserved for you. From the house you can do everything on foot. The port is a 10-minute walk away. At your disposal is a large living space of 30 m2 downstairs with a bathroom. Upstairs is a triple bedroom. A 160 double bed and a single bed. A large hanging net will welcome you for your naps or to put your children to sleep like in a hammock.

Eco-friendly maisonette, surrounded by nature

Our Tiny House welcomes you in the heart of nature, at the entrance to our aromatic plant farm, in the middle of a small orchard. Ideally located in the center of the island of Groix, you will enjoy both incredible calm (no road or neighborhood nearby) and the proximity of the village and its shops (1 km) and the coves of the south of the island (1 km). The home was built by us, using natural materials. It is adjacent to the hangar and Julie's herbal tea production garden.

Time is slowing down here. Facing the ocean, the house opens out onto the ocean (visible from all rooms). Designed as a sanctuary, it invites you to live simply – between indoors and outdoors, between comfort and nature. Perfect place to enjoy the island summer and winter (beach and coastal path close to the house). Children under 10 years of age are not permitted for safety reasons (staircase without a banister). White garden

Discover the authentic charm of a small outhouse attached to our family home, a former shipowner's house. It is independent and ideally located in the heart of the village with its beams, wooden staircase and vintage charm. Jardin Blanc – because that's its name – is enclosed by a wall made of old stones, with direct access to the garden that we share (each on our side), a private terrace, an outdoor shower, and a cabin overlooking the old walnut tree.

The ermine

Escape to the Île de Groix in this charming house, just 250 metres from the centre and 600 metres from the nearest beaches. Perfect for a holiday with family or friends, it can accommodate up to 6 people thanks to its 2 bedrooms and sofa bed. After a day spent exploring beaches, enjoying bike rides and discovering wild coves, unwind in a comfortable and welcoming space. An ideal base from which to fully experience the island at a holiday pace.
