The house between two lighthouses is ideally located, between the southeastern part of the island and its many beaches (including the Grands Sables) and the town center. The port from which you will arrive as well as the Intermarché are also a 5-minute walk. Occupying the grounds of the island's old mini-golf course, the neighbors won't be able to disturb you, and the children will have enough space to run around quietly. The interior of the house is clean and bright, enough to simply rest and enjoy.

Nice cottage in the heart of the village. It is adjoining my house but you will be completely independent. The terrace is private and reserved for you. From the house you can do everything on foot. The port is a 10-minute walk away. At your disposal is a large living space of 30 m2 downstairs with a bathroom. Upstairs is a triple bedroom. A 160 double bed and a single bed. A large hanging net will welcome you for your naps or to put your children to sleep like in a hammock.

Everything is designed to help you relax in peace between the waves 500 meters away at the end of the road and the birdsong. Discover the authentic charm of a small outhouse attached to our family home, a former shipowner's house. It is independent and ideally located in the heart of the village with its beams, wooden staircase and vintage charm. Jardin Blanc – because that's its name – is enclosed by a wall made of old stones, with direct access to the garden that we share (each on our side), a private terrace, an outdoor shower, and a cabin overlooking the old walnut tree.

Our south-facing stone house in Groisillon will welcome you with all its comfort and its large terrace. You only have to go down the street to get to the small beach of Locmaria, a pretty village in the south of the island. You can reach the coastal trails on either side of the village for walks or hikes, go to the splendid beach of Grands Sables or enjoy the market and shops in the main village (10 minutes by bike).
