The porch is like an extra living room with bird chirping during the day and bat squeaking at night. Short drive to the countryside and there is public transport to the city center around the clock. Quiet and safe area.

The house has 20 sqm floor area, but is effectively utilized with loft, large ceiling height and good window surfaces. The terrace is south facing and sunny.
