Very good sun conditions, evening sun and beautiful sunsets. Everything at the cabin can be used, including the boat with an electric outboard motor, kayak and canoe. It is a sandy beach that is suitable for families with children. 10-12 metres out, there are good depth conditions. There are sleeping places for 9 people, but note that the cabin is small and it can be a bit cramped for 9 adults.

The flat is located approximately a 5-minute walk from the underground station, which will take you to the city centre in 25 minutes. About 1 minute away, you will find Stovner Centre, which offers several restaurants, grocery stores, clothing shops and other stores, a library and a large fitness centre. About 3 minutes from the apartment, you will find the Stovnertårnet tower, which offers views over Oslo. Behind Stovnertårnet, you will find Liastua, in a peaceful outdoor area where you can jog and run, cycle, walk or ski when there is snow.
