Birken Cottage – Holidays at the Herbsthausen Sawmill

Our three one-room apartments — Ahorn, Linde, and Birke — combine the historic charm of Herbsthausen with contemporary design. Each apartment is completely unique and has been modernized by us. They offer space for two to three people each. The apartments are part of “Herbsthausen”, an cultural project in the town of Gartow. We are renovating a historic sawmill and transforming it into a future-oriented place for art, industrial heritage, living, working, international exchange, and relaxation.

Im Winter 2024 haben wir diesen hübschen 2 x 5 Meter Bauwagen / Schäferhütte aufgebaut und jetzt steht er auf den versteckten Logenplatz unseres weitläufigen Bauernhofes - weitab von Strassen, mit unverbautem Blick in den Horizont. Hier hört man nur die Vögel zwitschern und gelegentlich ein Muhen von den beiden Nachbarskühen. Als kuscheliges Gästebett haben wir unseren kleinen Bauwagen daneben gestellt. So können bis zu 4 Personen hier die ruhigste Auszeit Ihres Lebens verbringen. Natur pur.

Willkommen in deinem Zuhause auf Zeit! Stell dir vor, du kommst an, atmest tief durch und spürst sofort dieses wohlige Gefühl von Erholung. Unsere liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung ist der ideale Ort, um dem Alltag zu entfliehen und einfach mal die Seele baumeln zu lassen. „Prignitz ist für den einen Privileg und für den anderen Pampa" Die Liegenschaft ist 5,3 ha groß. Im Januar 2021 wurde ein Großteil mit ca. 9.000 jungen Laubbäumen bewaldet und mit einem Wildschutzzaun eingezäunt.

Need a little break away from the hustle and bustle? On approx. 30 m² you will find a modern cottage, directly on the Flößerkanal and with direct access to Lake Woblitz. In the bedroom there is a 1.60 m wide bed. Another option is available on the sofa bed in the living area. Whether for anglers, water sports enthusiasts, nature lovers or peace seekers. An unobstructed view from the approx. 20 m2 terrace invites you to relax. Neustrelitz is about 6 km away. Boat available if needed.

Die Einliegerwohnung befindet sich auf der kultur.farm – einem Vierseitenhof in Groß Pankow und ist ca. 800m vom angeschlossenen Bahnhof entfernt. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine geräumige Küche, inkl. kleiner Couch und Esstisch, sowie ein Schlafzimmer und ein größeres Bad. Die kultur.farm verfügt weiterhin über zwei große Gemeinschaftsräume, eine Sommerküche (inkl. Kicker), eine Sauna und eine Storchenfamilie. Es gibt immer was zu erleben, aber es gibt vor allem genug Platz für Ruhe.

In the natural garden you will find inviting seating, loungers, and barbecue facilities, and a private sauna from September 2026. Please note: The house is not suitable for people strongly allergic to cats.

Welcome to Martinshof, which has been owned by our family for centuries. Our modern renovated country house with a fantastic spacious garden offers space for the whole family: 4000 square meters for you! Rest and relaxation in the picturesque round village of Helle in the middle of the Prignitz. Here you can expect long forest walks, cycling tours on popular cycling trails, storks, stick bread and stars, paddling on and swimming in nearby lakes and rivers.

Berlin Wannsee Summer House

It isn't big, but has all the comforts to be without fancy. The cottage is charming and old, not a designer tiny house. The center of Berlin and Potsdam are quickly reached. Private access, balcony with water view, terrace and garden around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space on the sofa bed for an extra charge. We live next door, so never an access or key problem. We are at the Wall Trail. Pets are also welcome.

Our lovingly furnished half-timbered house in the old town offers everything you need for a relaxing time on the Mecklenburg Lake District. On two floors with a large garden and a terrace, there are enough retreats to escape everyday life. A large fireplace offers cozy warmth on colder days. Lake Plau is within walking distance, as are various shopping and leisure activities in the sweet old town of Plau am See.
