Peaceful yet central. Stahnsdorf is located on the southwestern Berlin commuter belt. Potsdam and Berlin are within easy reach. Bus 622 to Berlin runs right outside the front door (S-Bahn: Mexikoplatz /U-Bahn: Krumme Lanke). The bus stop to Potsdam is about 400 meters away. We are renting our apartment from September 2021 and would like to warmly welcome you. It is bright and friendly, clean and quietly located. You can also use the garden and terrace. Single-family house in an urban location with a small, child-friendly garden for up to 7 guests who would like to live very well connected to Berlin and Potsdam. Direct S-Bahn connection to Berlin can be reached in 7 minutes on foot. The journey time with the S Bahn to the well-known sights such as the Brandenburg Gate and Potsdamer Platz is 25 minutes. Towels and bed linen are provided. Children are welcome guests. We are happy to provide a cot and baby chair on request.

On the spacious balconies on the 5th floor, you can enjoy unique Berlin sunrises and sunsets. The view of the East Side Gallery and the Oberbaum Bridge is unique. The apartment offers plenty of space to chill and is perfect for athletes – with a swing and a private gym.

The two rooms, 17 and 18 sqm with private entrance and private bathroom are very quiet, windows and terrace directly overlook a nature reserve. To the city border and bus stop it is 5 minutes. There are two buses to the S-Bahn station Zehlendorf. But you can also walk there in 20 minutes. The neighborhood is very special due to old villas, cobblestones and lots of greenery. Nevertheless, the city is very close. There are plenty of parking spaces.

This unique place has a style all its own. Pretty remise with private garden and access to the communal pool. The guest house is suitable for 2, but no more than 3 people. It consists of an open living-dining area with fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with direct access to the private garden with a small terrace. From here, you can also go directly to the communal pool area. The bathroom is tiled in a modern style and has a floor-level shower.

Divided into 2 large light-flooded rooms, a fully equipped apartment awaits you - including a small workplace by the window - with direct access to the terrace in the middle of our small green oasis. The apartment is on the ground floor. Free parking is available behind the house. The apartment is 15 minutes from BER Airport. A shuttle service is available by arrangement.
