The detached holiday home (approx. 70 square meters) with 3 rooms, kitchen, bathroom, a large terrace and private garden is located in an idyllic, quiet forest edge location in Schulzendorf and is the ideal starting point for activities in Berlin and Brandenburg (e.g. Potsdam, Tropical Island, Spreewald). In summer, the swimming lawn at Lake Zeuthen and the outdoor pool at Lake Miersdorf invite you to swim. Restaurants and shopping facilities are located in the town centers of Schulzendorf, Eichwalde and Zeuthen.

Waterfront country house

The house offers plenty of space for two families and you have it all to yourselves. It is located directly on a canal that connects two lakes and has two terraces, one of which is directly on the water. Barrel sauna and hot tub are available for exclusive use in the garden. We still use the house often ourselves, which is why it has a fully equipped kitchen. Look forward to two bathrooms, two master bedrooms, two youth bedrooms, a living room with dining area and a lounge for movie evenings.

Pure relaxation in the heart of Berlin. For many years, we have been enjoying life on the water and it has always been our wish to bring others closer to this lifestyle. This thought gave rise to the idea of realizing this boat project. Our lovingly modernized ferry, built in 1925, is located close to the city right in front of Rummelsburg Bay. Here you can get to know a special combination of nature and urbanity from the water all year round and treat yourself to a break from everyday life.

Entspann Dich in dieser besonderen und ruhigen Unterkunft! Ein kleines Holzhaus, BJ 2022, 34 qm Wohnfläche. Riesige Fensterfront mit elektrisch öffnenden Scheiben. Traumhafter Blick in die Weite. Du schläfst auf einem Boxspring Schlafsofa von BRUNO, das noch kaum benutzt ist, neu Ende 2024. Wunderschönes Lärchenparkett, kein Laminat. Das Häuschen liegt am Ende einer Sackgasse mit kaum Verkehr.

Our wooden house is located in the midst of an extensive lake landscape just outside Berlin. Lake Storkow is only a few minutes' walk away. Here you can relax further in the beach and enjoy the water. The city center of Storkow, which you can reach in a few minutes on foot, offers you a historic old town, restaurants, shops and a medieval castle. Nearby there are 3 x 18 hole golf courses.

The house has 2 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms / lounge / fully equipped kitchen. The max. Occupancy is 5 people, 4 people is the optimal occupancy. The house has a surrounding large terrace which has a wonderful view of the Spree and the Spree meadows.

On a property measuring approximately 4,000 square metres, in addition to the main house, which we occupy ourselves, there are 4 wooden cabins, each of which is individually and very tastefully furnished. Your cabin is secluded in a corner of the property on an idyllic forest property.
