Casetta RosaClara is a former barn inside the courtyard of Casale del Gelso (ancient farmhouse of the late 1800s) located in the Marche countryside. Our treehouse in the woods, built from iron and originally used as a bivouac, has been transformed into a retreat inspired by Japanese philosophy. Inside, it offers a unique experience with an ofuro (traditional Japanese bathtub), a sauna for relaxation, and an emotional shower that stimulates the senses. The minimalist design and attention to detail create a serene atmosphere, perfect for rejuvenating in harmony with the surrounding nature.

Independent house in Country House, Casa Ghianda, 60 sqm finely furnished. We recovered all the old house materials in the recent renovation. One of the rooms overlooks a small terrace. Outside there is a large private area available to guests, shaded pergola and private barbecue. Complete the property with a 12x4.5 pool with shaded porch available for guests to enjoy.
