The apartment is surrounded by beautiful parks, independent art galleries, cosy cafés, trendy restaurants, cool bars and beautiful greenery. This apartment is perfect for a couple or a small family who would like to experience Oslo from a locals point of view :) We can accommodate in total of 4 guests as there is a sleeping sofa we can use as well.

Welcome to Grünerløkka! This is my favorite part of Oslo - a historic industrial area now home to trendy singles, young families, priests, poets - and parks. Centrally located, my place is quiet, bright, secluded - just a few minutes away from hundreds of local cafe's, restaurants, shops and bars. Take a stroll or break into a run along Akerselva river or in the expansive public parks nearby. Walk, bike, scooter, or ride the "trikk" to anywhere - or stay at home with a book in our backyard.

Soulful home at Grünerløkka

This cozy apartment is located in the middle of Grünerløkka, the hippest area in all of Oslo. The apartment is close to everything, which makes it easy to plan the visit. Within 1-5 min. walk you can reach Sofienbergparken, Rathkes plass, Restaurant Apostrophe, Botanical Garden, 6-7 different grocery stores, many restaurants and even more thrift stores. The apartment itself has many authentic details, such as original wood stove and panel walls. The apartment is 40 sqm and has a low bed.

This apartment is perfectly placed in between two lovely parks: Torshovdalen + Torshovparken. It is a beautiful building from 1920 and the apartment has been renovated recently. The subway is a 5 min walk and the bus to the center is on the doorstep. Grünerløkka is a short 15 min walk away. There are four sand volleyball courts 500m away. Latest check in time is 22:30 500NOK fee if it is later. Cleaning costs in Oslo are 1200NOK for two hours. I have put 500NOK so we share the cost.

Within few steps you can enjoy a coffee at Tim Wendelboe's, steel a kiss at the fountain on Olaf Ryes plass, pass the waterfall to a culinary stroll of Europe in one building - Mathallen or see a concert at Parkteatret. And you didn't even leave the hood. ;)

Apartment in Grünerløkka

The apartment is located in an old brick building in the heart of Grünerløkka, but it is located in a quiet street with bedrooms facing the backyard. The apartment has a balcony and a cozy fireplace in the kitchen. I live in the apartment myself when it is not rented out, so there will be some private items there. There is no air conditioning in the apartment, but natural ventilation. The bed is 150 cm wide, clean bed linen is put on the bed, but you have to make the bed yourself.
