The bungalow is very well equipped with underfloor heating, fireplace, very comfy sofa bed and great attention to detail. Various shops and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity and the bus stops just around the corner. The motorway to Berlin and the train station are only 10 minutes by car.. The bungalow was partially renovated in 2024 and offers a kitchen-living room, a bathroom and a bedroom with a double bed. In the living area there is a couch which can be partially pulled out and serves as an emergency sleeping place. A conservatory of about 20 m² expands the living space to a total of about 55 m². The garden covers about 400 m². Important note: The pool located on the property may not be used at this time.

The cottage is located on our residential property. Here you are surrounded by forest and water.You cater for yourself. Hikers and water lovers will love it here. Nearby is Scharmützelsee, and 30 minutes' drive away is Tropical Island, Germany's only tropical leisure paradise under roof. The Spreewald is also a popular day trip.Berlin is only 70km away. The cities of Beeskow and Storkow are both 20 km away.

BasseO 250 meters to the lake

We rent our nice little cottage 27 m², 2 min walk from Wandlitzsee to the beach 3 min to Surfing club about 5 min, 500 m from Wandlitzsee train station. Bakeries, shops or restaurants are within walking distance. Bus stop outside the door, Berlin nearby, other lakes in the vicinity Wi-Fi is not available everywhere.
