Kevin’s Airbnb was the perfect choice for our family of four during our Christmas break! The condo was spotless, with modern furniture and thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. The location is fantastic—peaceful and quiet, with opportunities for relaxing walks in the community. We especially enjoyed the beautiful pool and the well-equipped gym, which was much needed after indulging in all the great nearby food options. Kevin was an amazing host—super responsive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless. If you’re visiting Phoenix, this place is a gem. We’re already booking our return stay!

The deck on the house was perfect for hanging out and relaxing when not at work. There is a nice park nearby too.

An absolute diamond of a suite! Chris absolutely delivered on every sense of the word! For all freelance workers, this is the perfect place to get some late night projects done, and then finish the night off in a clean pristine pool! 10/10 suite!

Great place, clean, neat, good location. Pool is great, used the workout room, really nice. Recommend for a nice get away.
