My place Overlooks The Comal River! River view from living room, master bedroom & patio. Schlitterbahn. Across the street! Close to Landa Park,Gruene & Guadalupe River & Outlet shopping. Many family friendly activities near. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids). 20,000 Rainbow Trout was stocked in the Guadalupe River to encourage families go enjoy nature. Camp Warnecke fishermen, get ready. They released the Rainbow Trout in December!

Dreamsicle cottage is a classic home (1965) with modern amenities, WiFi, and Roku TV. Recently remodeled; It is a 3/2 and sleeps 6. Located 5 Minutes away from Randolph Air Force Base,. 10 Minutes from Interstate 35 and Loop 1604. A nice spacious living room with easy access to the back yard and patio. A short walk to Main Street Cibolo with several nice restaurants, which we dine at regularly. New Braunfels and Gruene are just about 20 minutes away with all the entertainment available.

Nestled on a quiet part of the river, and right by where the Comal and Guadalupe merge to make either river convenient! Hosts have lived in this area for 15 years and provided amazing insight and recommendations!
