This little house is full of light and shines for its comfiness. It has a great location in the historic center, on the plaza Embajadoras. The heated swimming pool and roof top are to be shared in between our three apartments exclusively. The pool features hydromassage and counter current device for swimming. The apartments are adults only Fiber internet all around the property Washing-machine & dryer Warning: there are stairs within the property as shown in the photos.

Unique accommodation located in the most valuable area of Guanajuato. The house has colonial touches combined with Mediterranean architecture. The common area features 3 large arches that give it great height and spaciousness, perfect for group gatherings. All rooms have natural wood flooring, which provides a feeling of warmth and comfort. In addition, balconies offer an impressive view of the Cerro de la Bufa, one of the most emblematic sites in the city.

Con cama king size y un hermoso balcón con vista panorámica. La casa se encuentra en medio de un jardín frondoso que permite la privacidad en todo momento. La casa cuenta con dos salidas, a 10 minutos caminando colina abajo del centro de la ciudad y a 4 minutos colina arriba del mirador del Pipila.
