Holiday rentals with lake access in Guapimirim

Wonderful place, amazing weekend. Perfect encounter with nature, tranquility, privacy and comfort. Although it has no fan and air, it really didn't have to, even in the summer. I took things that I didn't even need because I had, it's worth mentioning that it's all 220 volts. They have another accommodation next to the main house, where there are more people if you need it. We are delighted with the place and will come back MANY TIMES. Juninho is from congratulations, perfect service.

The house is exactly like. in photos, but still amazing in person! The view is to take the breath away, and the sound of the animals and the river are the only sounds of the environment. Lugas with a lot of privacy and perfect for resting close to nature. Douglas was always available to answer our doubts, it was an experience sensaciona,l and no doubt you will come back more often!

we love hosting Letícia very objective and clear always answering as brief as possible. we love the place is only a tip bring repellent to enjoy the outside of the house.

The Gilberto home experience was wonderful. Excellent house. Perfect for children to enjoy the lagoon without concern. Gilberto always willing, attentive and very polite. We'll be back there for sure and highly recommend it.

Good afternoon! The house is extremely beautiful, spacious and comfortable. Identical to the advertised. This is the 2nd time we have stayed and we intend to return again. An improvement observation, would be for the outside. Some woods from the pool part and deck were loose and others were broken and could cause a fall. And better care for the afforestation of the place, would leave a more vivid appearance in this part. Other than that, our stadid was wonderful. Christian was very requested and answered all our questions very quickly and carefully. As well as the homemade Jorge. See you next time!!

Patrícia is an excellent host. He presented the whole house at check in and gave the instructions for the pool and garage. During the stay, I easily answered and kitchen items I needed, she lent me very quickly. I will definitely rent again. The location is great, easy access, close to the beach and lagoon. I had an excellent experience in this residence. The place is extremely clean, organized and exactly as described. The rooms are cozy, well cared for and have transmitted a lot of safety and tranquility throughout the stay. The location is great, with easy access to shops and important points of the region. In addition, the host was very attentive and helpful, always available to help with what was needed. Without a doubt, one of the best experiences I have ever had. Very good accommodation, well-maintained furniture and household items. The condominium is very pleasant, great for a hike. Very good location, in front of the supermarket, pharmacy and a restaurant with very good lunch and a fair price.

Easy access, quiet street and residents to the surroundings super friendly and polite. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back! ❤️

Very nice apartment, great location and great support

Well-located apartment, uncomplicated check-in and check-out, everything was as advertised. Caio, the host, was kind and attentive, meeting our demands quickly.

Great apartment, description and pictures are accurate. Very nice amenities (pool, gym, etc) in the condominium, large covered parking garage, and easy access to the beach. The area/neighborhood seemed very safe and appeared to be a popular spot for joggers. Excellent communication from the host, friendly and very quick to respond. Host was flexible, and in-person check in/out was extremely easy. Apartment was very clean on arrival. Mattresses were a little firm for me, but that's typical for Brazil. I would definitely recommend, and would stay here again.

Mauricio’s place was perfect. Walkable to the beach and many restaurants and shops. ACs in every room, comfortable beds, beautiful views. We felt extremely comfortable and cared for during our stay.

We really like hosting the house is simple but very cozy we feel at home, the tranquility around the accommodation and great for those who want rest and quiet in addition to the hosts being very attentive.

Teacara is spotless! Linda, very organized, all very conserved and very welcoming environment. Clean and smelling bedding, there is everything in the house, all the utensils, just needing to take groceries for the time of stay. Everything in the listing is exactly what we found on arrival on site. The host Jonhy is extremely polite and helpful, always available to quickly respond to messages and meet the demands. We will return more often and will definitely indicate!

I took a trip with my family, including my 90-year-old great-grandmother, and the house was super welcoming, accessible and very charming. Alda and Bete welcomed us with great affection! I highly recommend it!

The Cachoeiras do Caledônia site is even more beautiful in person than it looks in the listing photos! A private place, surrounded by nature, with a privileged view and with several options for trails, waterfalls and other activities within the property. Some features, such as the sauna, depend on prior communication to arrange according to the host's availability, but in general we were very comfortable to freely explore and enjoy what the space has to offer. The lofts do not have a fan or air-conditioning, so in the heat it can be interesting to take... but in general the cool mountain climate favors the use of indoor fireplaces, especially at night, which are extremely safe and comforting. The windows facing the overlook positioned towards the sunrise are a show of their own. Everything about our stay was amazing, the worst part was leaving, and I can't wait to get back to explore what we didn't have time for the first time!

It was the second year we stayed at the site of aguas. Jonas and Julio are great hosts and the place is very nice. Everything in the house worked well and we had a great stay.

We were during the weekend, me and my family, celebrating my son's 30 years! The place is gorgeous, well described by the ad and we had everything we arrested in the house! Arthur was very helpful and our communication was perfect! We'll be back for sure!

Fernando's place is beautiful and perfect for an escape in nature. there is everything you need to enjoy a peaceful stay! bed is comfortable, kitchen is well equipped, sitting in front of the fireplace to the sound of the river is just perfect. Fernando was really easy to communicate with and was very helpful. thank you!

We are in love and we intend to return! The house is a delight, super well taken care of! appliances and new utensils, really has everything that needs good pots to quality dishes and kitchen utensils! coffee maker, clean cloth strainer, good knife, glasses. HOTEL BED and PILLOW super comfortably! Soap, towels, toilet paper, everything clean and quality! we were greeted with a delicious and very affectionate aipim.🧡 The road is really complicated, if the car is low I don't REALLY recommend it. It's worth it when you get there but it's a point of attention. Well bumpy township, with grooves and stones slip and they can tear a tire that is not in good quality, quite tense until the arrival even with a high car so take everything you need food not to leave (the rest really has everything,) because after you arrive the place is so good that you forget the road! =) 2 suggestions for owners: 1 service light above the sink to cook at night / improve the last meters near the door
