A refuge for those who want to immerse themselves totally in Nature. House built with views on all four sides. Pico do Cuca, Waterfall, Forest and stunning Sunset. Right at the entrance, you feel an uncontrollable curiosity to get to know each environment. On the ground floor, there is a small but charming kitchen, bedrooms with beautiful views, bathrooms that look like a dollhouse, and a dining room from which a small staircase leads up to the TV room or down to the living room and fireplace. Imagine: Lighting a fireplace carved in a big stone, which supports the house and looking a few meters in front of it after the river to a beautiful forest. Everything here is a surprise, including when you don't want to leave.

The house is located in front of Lagoa de Saquarema and has a deck and an incredible view. The house has an approx. 500m² green area, living room, 4 bedrooms, bathroom with shower stall, 2 kitchens, one of which is an open concept with a barbecue and sink. The house's private outdoor area features a huge lawn, swimming pool, lake, lakeside deck and garage. Great location! 5-minute walk to the village beach, 7 minutes to downtown Saquarema and 9 minutes to the bus station. Bathtub not included. We do not offer bedding.

Two en-suites that are available to guests as well as a living room/kitchen with TV, refrigerator, microwave, other electrical items, as well as kitchen items. Gourmet space with all facilities and barbecue utensils. In addition to the couple per suite, two more people are allowed with an extra payment of 50% of the daily rate, totaling 6 in the entire space. Children up to 13 years old do not pay. Pets are not allowed. 5th and 6th guests in double bed and single bed in two small bedrooms, both without windows.
