It was a great experience! Adriana is super solicitous, explained everything right and responds quickly. The house is very faithful to the photos, small but very cozy, ideal for 3 people. Next to Praia da Maresias, and also close to wineries and good restaurants in the region. It was a great lodging, I recommend!

Very clean and tidy house, with all the kitchen and barbecue items. The yard also has benches and a small table, all very comfortable and cozy. We love it!

House 13 is super cozy, organized and clean. It features cooking utensils and barbecue. Nice and clean pool, I loved it. It was me, my husband and our niece(child) and the house super met our needs and expectations. It has a good location, being close to the beach, supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants and etc. Bairro bemossegado. The host Andrea is very cordial, leaving us at will. Thanks so much, we really like the days we spend in your house, as soon as possible we want to come back more times!

The site is exactly as stated in the listing description. All very clean and organized (House, garden and swimming pool). The fact that the house is inside a neighborhood with access control made us feel more comfortable about security. The beach is very close to the house and is very clean and quiet. Super recommend it.

Family tour, eight adults and one child. We are perfectly installed. The farm is exactly as described, large rooms, airy, full kitchen and wonderful pool. And the very complete game room, billiards, foosball and simulators, it was excellent in the hours we were not in the pool. A great place for recreation... Very close to the center, but we practically did not leave because we went to enjoy the space. Rogério our host, very friendly and attentive. Quickly answer all questions. I only have to thank you for hosting.

All excellent! Very easy to communicate with Caio, who gave the tips and courtesies to improve our experience! The house is spacious, has separate suites. We took two dogs, one medium and one large, who were very good, since the house is all walled and were able to spend quality time with us. Kitchen has equipment and the house holds more people in the living room. Equipped grill next to the pool. I recommend it, especially for sunny days!

It was my second time in the house, I had come with my friends and I now brought my family, everyone loved it! Simply impeccable and we will return more often.. 💖

Amazing Ruby Chalet experience! We highly recommend ! Our stay at Ruby Chalet was perfect in every detail! The hosts were excellent and communication, impeccable – always helpful and thoughtful. The chalet is exactly as in the pictures and description, very cozy and well taken care of. The bedding and towels were clean and smelling, and the whirlpool was a highlight – it worked super well, with a beautiful view of nature. One of the most special moments was meditating in the morning in the middle of this quiet scenery. Also, we love to meet the animals of Capril – a charming experience! The hosts still gave us valuable tips from restaurants and markets near downtown, which made our trip a lot easier. I and my boyfriend love every moment and will definitely be back! Thanks for all the hospitality and care. 💛

Great house, exactly matches your listing photos. My family was extremely comfortable and satisfied! Well-equipped kitchen and barbecue area with many utensils, we do not pass any food needs. Large and welcoming outdoor space. The positive point is that each room has its bathroom and still has 2 more! Fernanda was very attentive too!

The house accurately matches all photos and descriptions of the listing. The residence is very complete, cozy, refreshing, clean and had all the utensils we needed. It has a garage with space for two cars, barbecue, tv, two bathrooms, two bedrooms with a double bed and one with two single beds. I felt at home. The very good location too! Near important points of the island. But what delighted us the most, besides the island, of course, was the way we were welcomed, very quickly and clearly, Érica gave a summary about the care we needed to take, tips on tours and beaches, where to fuel and even the most appropriate repellent! With these tips we feel less lost and we were able to enjoy little more. Really, I have no words to describe how gratifying this trip was. Satisfaction in every way! I hope to come back soon and stay a little longer as 3 days passed too fast!

Good morning! I wanted to say that the house is even more beautiful in person than in pictures! All very clean and well-maintained. The housekeeper was super attentive, helped us whenever we need and even accompanied us on the boat ride — it was amazing! We enjoyed a lot, even with not so favorable time to enjoy the water. Thanks for the Tour Tip, it was well worth it and it was really nice.

The house is beautiful. Everything tidy and clean. Katia is very polite and responds quickly. In the photos show three bedrooms inside the house, but there is one more bedroom with double bed in the edicule that is great. It is good to take the food to prepare already, as it is a little far from everything. If you forget something, there is a mini market in the condominium. At the concierge, they are well educated as well. To get there, the road is good and smooth. It is a place to relax and enjoy. I loved everything. I definitely recommend it.

Quiet place to stay, some air conditioning noise during the nights, but nothing absurd.

We had a wonderful experience staying at Miriam and José's house! From the beginning, they were extremely attentive and friendly, always ready to help with any questions and responding quickly. The house is super cozy, very airy and very comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is also excellent! You can walk to Maitinga Beach and enjoy several nearby restaurants, bakeries and ice cream shops. I highly recommend staying with them, it was an amazing experience!
