Anyone falls in love with my space, lush nature, wild birds like toucan, aracuã, blue tiés, canaries and sabiás. You'll be able to taste seafood and oysters raised on farms near my place. Property in a condominium with two individual and private units, on different floors. Full kitchen. 350m wifi, 45”smart tv with subscription channels. Showerheads with outdoor boiler heating. BBQ grill. Easy access to the beach in front of the house - 50 meters. Unprotected/barrier pool, so we don't indicate suitable for kids under six who aren't used to a pool. We accept docile medium and small pets, with a single pet fee of R$150.00.
