From summer to summer... from December to March, with its high season. April to May, with the famous "Indian summer." May and June, the traditional artisanal mullet fishing. From July to November, the whales visit. "Where you can see from inside the house"!! House on the second floor, access by ramp! Covered garage for two cars.

My space is a piece of paradise, facing the sea and within the Atlantic Forest. The Pedras Altas naturist area and the Pedras Altas Beach restaurant are 200 meters away. Anyone falls in love with my space, lush nature, wild birds like toucans, aracuãs, blue-winged teals, canaries and thrushes. You can taste seafood and oysters raised on farms near my place. The place is pleasantly calm and ideal for those who want to relax. We are an Azorean community.

Easy access to the beach in front of the house - 50 meters. Unprotected/Barrier Swimming Pool, children under 6 must be supervised by a responsible adult in this space. We accept docile medium and small pets, with a single pet fee of R$120,00.

A casa encontra-se em Florianópolis, em um dos lugares mais bonito do sul da Ilha. Em frente à praia e na melhor parte de toda a extensão, a Casa Janela Azul está a poucos metros da Ponta das Campanhas e da Praia do Matadeiro. O clima de pequena vila ainda cerca a Praia da Armação, localizada a 25 km do centro de Florianópolis.

Located in front of the beach the loft is located on the ground floor, front area of the house. In this same house we have other spaces for rent being two kitchenettes in the back plus a 2 bedroom apartment on the first floor. The owners live in another apartment on the second floor.
