The apartment is located in Palazzo Rispoli, a 19th-century building that was once the residence of the Rispoli family. The building overlooks Corso Sirleto, the main street of Guardavalle. Passing through a majestic portal, a vault once led to the ground floor rooms, the mill and the warehouses, which are now used as a bar and form the entrance from the Corso. In the small inner courtyard, there is a granite staircase leading to the apartment on the first floor.
