Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Guatemala City

The accommodation is beautiful, in a very nice area and with all the amenities we needed, very close to Cayalá, we even went on foot. The host responds very quickly and is very helpful

A comfortable and central place

We really enjoyed our time at The Land of Eternal Spring. The place is peaceful, clean, and surrounded by nature. Martina was kind and helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. It’s a great spot to relax and recharge. We’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

Excellent host and quiet and comfortable safe place

Nice small place, however dark curtains are needed in the bedroom to block all exterior lights.

The place matched the description perfectly, and the building is conveniently located near the tourist area. The apartment was small but cozy, equipped with everything needed for a short term stay.

This place was great and with 120 sqm of space it was quite comfortable. At night it was quiet and the blackout curtains were awesome! I would recommend staying here!

We stayed at their place for two nights . We have been travelling for two and half months . This place was home away from home . Beautifully decorated. All the amenities which one would need during vacation or during long travel . Most importantly the hosts are always available to communicate. We requested for early check in and late check out . They were gracious enough to say yes to our request . Wish we had more time to enjoy the place , Sip morning coffee and listen to chirping birds . Hope we come back some day . The place was super clean, safe and central. Very close to Antigua Guatemala. We would definitely return. The house is well equipped for cooking, washing and rest. The host was always attentive and ready to answer any questions. The internet was stable throughout the entire house. It's a plus that they have the option to connect ethernet on the second level. If you are looking to work remotely with peace of mind this place is perfect

Buy thicker curtains for the sun in the rooms it gets hot and the curtains are thin but everything else was great 👍

We stayed 9 days in Carlos Eduardo’s apartment. The location was great for our needs. The kitchen was nice with a full sized stove and plenty of dishes, pots and pans. It was quite at night and the building very secure. We would rent it again.

I loved the fully equipped kitchen, the apartment was bigger than expected. The only issue is the noise, you can hear from other apartments or outside. But its totally worth it, it was great!

The best of the area. The place is beautiful, functional jacuzzi and the host is always attentive. We fell in love with this magnificent place, a jewel!
