Monthly Rentals in Guayabo

Beautiful home! Clean, well decorated, huge television with lots of streaming options. Big kitchen and bedrooms. Even nicer than the photos! The neighborhood is beautiful. The yard and terrace were beautiful too unfortunately we got a message saying they weren’t available to us to use because of construction so we weren’t able to enjoy them. Our suggestions would be to have cleaning supplies like rags to clean. Also hand towels for drying hands, a dish rack for drying dishes would be great. Jorge did immediately provide us with extra towels when we asked! 😊 Once we arrived we got a message about renting beach towels/cooler etc from them. $5 each for beach towels and $8 for cooler. We decided it was a better deal for us to buy them at Walmart for the same price. I would also suggest a clothesline since there was no dryer. This is the bottom apartment of a home and there were people upstairs. They were quiet though we never heard them. Very lovely home, highly recommend.

I had an excellent stay! Hector is exceptionally friendly and responsive, communicating fluently in both English and Spanish. The house is exactly as depicted in the photos. Conveniently, there’s a gas station within walking distance for snacks and drinks, as well as nearby restaurants you can easily walk to. The beach is just steps away, offering a perfect location. For solo female travelers, the gated property and secure locks provide a great sense of safety. I’m already looking forward to returning!
