Great value for location. Pool is nice feature and clean. Lots of space. Only issue is the security gate, which requires single-use QR codes for entrance. This proved to be a challenge when calling for an Uber. On the other hand, it’s a very secure and safe area.

Juan's house was absolutely fantastic and arguably perfect. It was in a great location with a restaurant and convenience store downstairs🍴 and I was able to buy breakfast and living items downstairs.The neighborhood is safe and the security downstairs is also very friendly and responsible. Juan's house is neat and tidy, there is a girl Diana who comes twice a week to clean the hygiene which is really amazing and saves me a lot of time.The terrace is huge, the sunset in the evening🌄 is very beautiful, there is a communal free pool🏊‍♂️ and gym downstairs🏋️, I love the house too much and staying here is a treat! Juan is a very warm and sincere host, very quick to respond to messages and proactively solving problems, I have been renewing Juan's house in Guayaquil for months.I come to Guayaquil in the future and hope to rent this house again❤️
