Excellent option, comfortable, it has what it takes to do a working visit to the city, but if you come on holiday I think it gives you many facilities. The mall search is a bonus.

I stayed for 10 days and I can say that this is an excellent place if you can adjust to its ironic challenges. The good thing: The size of the place and its amenities such as the flat screen smart tv with Netflix, the air conditioners, the hot water bathrooms, the sofa, the dining room, the kitchen, the Wifi, the washing machine, and a balcony. In addition, the proximity to many of the places to know in Guayaquil and the essential services. The neighbors are quiet. Mayra and Jorge are great guests. Challenges: The noise of the vehicles is loud during the day, and at loud night for a minute at totally random times (This is explained in the listing). Also, buses and trucks, when passing through certain parts of the nearby roads, cause the apartment to vibrate sometimes strongly - that can be annoying at night if you can't get used to it. Overall, it was easy for me to enjoy the stay in this place because I was able to get used to its challenges.
