Our family and friends had a wonderful experience. The house is cozy and well-equipped, with all the details thought out for a comfortable stay. The location is ideal, and the atmosphere is quiet, perfect for resting. In addition, communication with the host was quick and efficient, always ready to help with any questions. We would definitely recommend this place and come back without hesitation. Thank you for a great experience!

Modern and cozy suite with terrace

Zoila was great and booked us immediately after landing. The Airbnb was exactly what was described in photos and listing. Zoila was very attentive and her cleaning lady Ligia is amazing. Unfortunately the shower was broken and no hot water, but it was fixed. And the futon / couch has tears. Also we could’ve used toiletries such as toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags. Otherwise it was a great home! This was recommended by Tristan who had previously stayed there. I am looking forward to booking with Zoila again. Beautiful Terrace!

This was a beautiful house to stay in for my time in Guayaquil. Everything was clean and comfortable and relaxing. The location is ideal as well if you're wanting to explore the city. And it's very safe as there's always a security guard nearby. Communication with Mariuxi was easy and clear. I would definitely stay here again when I return to Guayaquil.

The place is just like the photos, the host 10/10 responds your needs. Only that I would add it as a recommendation is that they wear repellent, it is difficult to be in the pool and in rainy season, they notify that the road is getting ugly for people to be prepared.
