The house contains 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a very large living room and kitchen overlooking the water. The cottage is located at the end of a private road. The cottage is ideal for families with children and couples who want peace and quiet and to be at one with nature. From the house, it is only 50 meters down to the beach with perfect swimming opportunities.

Large terrace, gas grill, outdoor shower, trampoline. High chair, not baby bed. Cleaning is mandatory. Please bring your own bed linen and towels. Non smoking house.

Huset er beliggende idylisk og roligt 1.5 kilometer fra Rørvig havn hvor der er masser af liv og indkøbsmuligheder. Nyrenoveret Kalmar A-hus. Et super lækkert sommerhus til familien der skal på sommerferie eller en weekendtur ud af byen.

Dejligt sommerhus i første række med fri udsigt over kattegat og danmarks flotteste solnedgang direkte fra terassen. Huset er fuldt møbleret med fuldt funktionelt køkken inkl opvasker, og der er står en grill på terassen. Der er 4 soveplader, og derudover er der en køjeseng der kun er egnet til mindre børn. Huset kommer med både sengelinned og håndklæder. Huset ligger direkte til en skrænt, så man skal gå 5 min for at komme til stranden, som er meget børnevenlig.

Fjordgarden - Guesthouse

Our guest house is situated only 100m from Holbæk Fjord by a little lake surrounded by trees. When you live in the house you are close to nature, with easy access to the Fjord. The fjord is often used for water sports. Bicycle- and walking routes makes it easy to take tours, and with a short distance to the center of Holbæk (5 km) you can easily experience the town. Because of the lake, just in front of the guesthouse, it is not suitable for smaller children.

The Black Cottage + Orangery

Available from April 1. - October 31. The Black Cottage and orangery are parts of the historical place called Skippergaarden (Skipper´s Residence) Fabersvej 2c, in the old Gilleleje. Skipper´s Residence is built in 1797 with last remodeling done in 2003/4. The Black Cottage from 1892, when summer residents became popular. Last remodeling 2019/21. The orangery is from 2009. We have wi-fi and parking available.
