Villa holiday rentals in Guildford

We had a lovely Christmas at Jackie’s beautiful house, where our whole family of 8 adults and 3 kids were able to fit comfortably. The only downside was that the internet was down the whole time, which wasn’t ideal over Christmas with the kids needing WiFi for some of their toys. However I understand that this was out of Jackie’s control and she was trying to get them to fix it for us, with unfortunately no luck! The house is enormous with so much space, and it was decorated for Christmas, which was very nice to arrive to, and took away some of the stress for us. Would recommend and would stay again. Thanks!

The Villa is a beautiful accommodation. Great location. Amazing setting with the horses nearby. The house is immaculate. The host, Michelle, goes above and beyond to accommodate.

We loved our stay at Tim's place - what a location! So close to the beach, lovely quiet neighbourhood and loads of beach walking and places to eat all close by. It's an excellent location for exploring - Portsmouth and West Wittering as well as the Hayling Island itself. Tim could not have been more responsive and helpful with all of his communication - first class stuff. Couldn't recommend this place enough and we will be back!

La maison est idéale pour un séjour entre amis ou en famille : chacun peut avoir son espace (chambres bien dispatchées, nombreuses salles de bains et sanitaires) ; et le grand salon permet au groupe de se retrouver. Le centre de Londres est facilement accessible : le métro est à 10min de marche, puis vous emmène à Baker street en à peine 20min. Le prix est très compétitif par rapport aux locations dans le centre de Londres. Et un très gros plus : la maison était d'une propreté impeccable notamment les sanitaires ce qui est très appréciable. Je recommande fortement, et remercie notre hôte.

The property was very conveniently located close to my house for my son to stay in over the Christmas period. The access and security were very good, and Sylvia the host was there to welcome my son when he arrived. She was charming and very friendly. The property was very clean, super warm and although my son didn't use the kitchen, it had everything supplied should you choose to cook. The property was quiet and had a nice garden view - I'm not sure if the garden was included to use but it was well kept and very pretty. All in all, the property was lovely, albeit quite expensive, but it served our purposes over Christmas, and for visitors new to the area, it is in an excellent location, close to the local shops and restaurants and 10 minutes into the West End.

We had a great stay, even in January, and the house was perfect for us (6 adults, a 4-year old, 2 dogs) The house was warm and spacious with lots of kids toys and extremely well equipped. The hot tub in the garden is a lovely addition, despite high winds meaning we couldn’t always use it! It’s well located near Cowes and its amenities, amidst other houses but on a quiet road, with great views because it’s on a hill and very near the sea, though not a beach as such. We would certainly return if we can.
