100% as advertised. No problems with late checkin after flight delays, prompt and friendly responses to my couple of problems, and communicated effectively when outside contractors were booked onto the property for maintenance. Had a great stay and would recommend to anyone looking for a private space while in Sydney. Thanks again for the great stay Bruce.

The hosts were absolutely wonderful; from arrival to vacate they made my stay easy. Picking me up from the train station and getting me to where I needed to be. Sophie and Steve were friendly and gracious, kind and courteous. My accommodation was exactly as described - welcoming, clean, neat and tidy; comfortable and inviting, with everything one could need. All considerations had been met including safety and security. I loved that as I was coming and going each day if they were around they would stop and chat, and even offer to drive me, or invest their time to assist with where I needed to get to. They certainly made this particular trip calm and now this will be a "regular trip", I will most definitely be making the Lloyd'S's the place to stay.

Great place, very homely, shops and restaurants very close, and even comes with a friendly cat!! Had a little hiccup along the way but Karen dealt with it very diligently and in a professional manor, yet with a personal touch. Thanks Karen.

Great place to stay for a family with young children. the apartment was close to basic amneties ie grocery, basic food options, etc. Apartment itself had interesting books / board games for kids. Had 2 nearby train stations although it was about 700_800m from the place. Apartment had basic consumables available and also came with a free parking facility too, as we had rented a car. Anita also assisted us with early checkin and was supportive throughout, also suggesting activities nearby and in the CBD area. To summarise, good value for money with a wonderful host and property..
