Located close to the city center, 1 minutes from a supermarket, 2 minutes from the historic center, and in the center of a tourist area to discover summer and winter. Accommodation : The apartment consists of a sitting area with corner sofa, flat screen, coffee table an open kitchen with induction hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee machine, and any kitchen accessories. A dining table. Two double bedrooms, one in 160 and one in 140, bedroom with storage. A bathroom with shower cabin, washing machine, and separate toilet. Towels and sheets are provided. Ideal location, bakery, restaurants, market, historic center,cinema, all nearby without taking a car. Transportation : the apartment is located a 10 minute walk to the bus station, 3 km to the railway station of Mount Dolphin Guillestre. 20 minutes from the Vars and Risoul ski resorts or in winter free shuttles are available the area offers a great selection of summer and winter leisure activities. Just above Serre Ponçon Lake and it's dam, the appartment provides countryside’s calm and a large terrace where you’ll can relax in front of the mountains. By default, a 180x190 bed is installed, if you prefer 2 small beds, please, tell us in your booking message. The nearest ski stations are Montclar (about 30 mn away) and Reallon (about 40 mn away) but you’ll be able to have a sledge ride in the surrounding fields. Hiking trails are less than 150 m away from the accommodation.
