Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Guimarães

The house is as it appears in the photos. It's very nice. It offers a setting in nature and with total tranquility to spend a few days of total rest and reading. It is also close to Braga and Guimaraes if you want to go on excursions. There is a restaurant very close by that you can walk to and eat well. Concensao is super friendly and very nice, always attentive if you need anything. Although she lives upstairs, it is a totally private space.

The accommodation, in the center of the city, is as it appears in the photos: a country house in the middle of the city. Antonio is very friendly and helpful. We had a bit of a problem with the bathroom I fix it quickly and very effectively. Undoubtedly to recommend and go back!!

The apto served us very well, since we wanted to stroll around the region. Well equipped and in a very quiet place, it was good to rest after a day of sightseeing. It is very faithful to the pictures. Bairro Residencial, without much commerce nearby, the ideal is to go with a car.

We loved Jose Mario's house. Everything was very clean and picked up, the neighborhood very quiet, the comfortable beds, the shimmering bathrooms, lots of light, being able to park in the door and comfortable to see the north of Portugal. Everything that can be desired when you rent a house by Airbnb at a more than reasonable price. Just perfect.

Very good apartment. Careful, clean and in excellent condition. Everything works. Well-equipped kitchen. We stayed in 4 people and it was great! There is a free parking nearby, which makes it easy for those who are by car. The contact with the hostess was also easy and she was kind to suggest some tours for our first time in Braga. I thank and recommend it.

The apartment is simply excellent! It was our best stay in Portugal, and we visited all regions of the country! It has everything a family (couple and two small children) needs, is quiet, quiet but very close to the main attractions of Guimarães. Everything was impeccably clean and of excellent quality and good taste. The view from the balcony and the kitchen is fantastic, excellent for having a wine and enjoying the castle of Guimarães! Jorge was extremely kind and greeted us in person, showing the whole apartment and giving great tips about the location. We went through a general black-out in Portugal and he personally went to the apartment to help us, including taking me to a market that was open (almost the whole city was closed due to the black-out). We love our stay in Guimarães and when we return we will certainly stay in Jorge's apartment again. He is a host above the superhosts. Don't even think about staying anywhere else.

We were two couples, with children, discovering Guimarães. Ivone's apartment is well located, and exceeded our expectations. Ivone is an excellent host, she answered our questions and doubts right away. A place to return, because a weekend is not enough time to get to know the city.

We had a great couple of days at this apartment. The city center is in walking distance. The rooms are clean and cosy. I can recommend to anyone.

I've stayed in many Airbnbs over the last ten years. Joana's place is the best. It's wonderfully spacious and artistically appointed. It gets plenty of light and the balcony is especially large. The floors had a nice feel to them unlike hard tile floors and the rugs were thick and plush. The apartment was immaculate. And the location was perfect - right in the heart of the beautiful city of Braga. Joana was great with answering questions. We were sorry when it came time to leave.

Beautiful place, peaceful:) 1 min off the busy but tourist area which was nice. Turn on lights when you get in the front door tough. Thanks for a great stay!

The apartment was clean, uncluttered and had all the amenities required. The location was perfect, on a quiet street but still central to the old town and surrounding areas. Highly recommend!

The two rooms and beds are big and we slept great. The dining room is large and comfortable. The tempertaura of the apartment is very good. Although it rained us during the days we were there and towards the cold on the street, we did not have to turn on any appliances to heat the apartment. It was a detail that would have fruit when we arrived.
