Welcome to my wooden house! Spacious, bright, south-facing, it is located on the Sainte-Marguerite peninsula. It is ideally placed to discover the Abers: the sandy beaches and dunes are less than 300 m from the house! You can also enjoy the many coastal trails (the GR 34 passes right by), enjoy the pleasure of shore fishing, bike rides, water sports (sailing, kayaking, kitesurfing, paddleboarding... all in the immediate vicinity). My accommodation is close to public transport and Brest (10 min). Located on the edge of the harbor, it enjoys breathtaking sea views and serene calm, direct beach access, direct access to the surrounding pedestrian paths, a garden furniture area allocated to the studio on the ground floor. This studio located in my garden is independent of my main house. You can benefit from a covered space to store your "nautical" equipment if necessary.
