Guest house holiday rentals in Gulf of Thailand

We had the pleasure of staying in this villa for 10 nights as a family of five. The villa is located in the north of Koh Chang, very close to a beautiful beach, and is part of a complex with similar houses and even a hotel. While you’re in a private house, you also have the benefit of additional facilities nearby. However, I would highly recommend renting a car. If you want to explore the island and visit restaurants, a car or motorbike is essential. The villa is situated in a lovely, green, but somewhat remote area, and without a car, there are no shops and only a few restaurant options within walking distance. It takes about 15 minutes by car to reach the livelier part of Koh Chang. We had an amazing time and would highly recommend this villa. The check-in process and cleaning (three times a week) were excellent, communication was easy, and we’d definitely consider coming back. Thank you to the team!

We had a wonderful stay. The accommodation had everything we needed to make us comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. We stayed for 3 weeks and could have comfortably stayed for longer. The hosts were friendly, kind and helpful. Thank you for a beautiful stay in Langkawi 😊

Great host and prompt help to answer any questions.However, the house is in the suburban area, and it is inconvenient to eat around. Fortunately, there is a 7-11. You can only take a taxi to other places.If the activity is in the city center, it is recommended to stay on the beachfront road, close to Pattaya Walking Street Pattaya.

Lovely house! Mogens and Nam were very nice and very pleasant people, it was a pleasure to chat with them. Very comfortable, quiet house in which we had a lovely 2 night stay. The grounds are very nice with a variety of plants growing on the property. Definitely recommend this house. We will be back again!

I was looking for a place where I could stay with my 2 dogs and this place was perfect. They have a big fenced front garden. The building is a separate building from the main building where the owner lives. The 2 bedrooms has a shared bathroom that is connected to both rooms. The kitchen is in the middle but you must go outside to access the kitchen. To stay here its best to have a car and if not then you will have to call taxis everytime with GRAB app as this place is 10-15min from the coty center. If I come with dogs then I will 100% stay here again. Was a nice quite area and was what I needed. Owner was really nice and polite and speaks fluent english

Drifters Anchor is a great eco lodge experience. There’s a hike to get there that’s a little steep but manageable, once you complete the hike the house is in a secluded area of the forest. The area is at top a hill so you have a beautiful view of the ocean and sunset. Every night I feel asleep to sounds of the forest. The breakfast served was avocado toast with a bunch of fruit, coffee, and juice-delicious all around. The hosts or an employee can always be found around the property and are so friendly. Definitely recommend this if you’re looking for an eco lodge type get away

very nice stay! views are incredible and the area is calm and clean. I recommend renting a scooter as it is a bit far from the shops and restaurants.

Very good place for relax for every moment , good view and Romantic place , and good for relax with family , nice , clean , good food with good price, and good jacuzzi , it really very perfect chilling relax place number 1 in chumphon , we are want to be back again and again , and this time very lucky we get Celebrated Christmas here because all the time we were looking for a room reservation there and it was not available and the house manager was very kind.❤️ we are love there

Very friendly and authentic village experience! Thanks Narong and especially to your brother, who helped us all the time getting to where we wanted to go:) The luxury bungalow above standard, but can get very hot during the day. Authentic part of Muslim Thailand, we were really thankful for the experience of seeing this region, very few western tourists.

We are just back from a month at Little Samui. Lalisa really is a wonderful host, always at the end of phone to help with anything you may need. Lalisa was also kind enough to take me out for the day for a fabulous lunch as well as exploring some beautiful parts of the island with her. Truly wonderful and very kind. The property is in a great spot in amongst nature and incredibly peaceful. Set next to semi jungle and trees surrounding next to a field with buffalo which we loved to watch. It is a very peaceful place which is what we like. The Thai neighbours where you are set amongst are lovely too. The place is small but has everything you need and is clean and very well maintained. The balcony is more than sufficient for sitting out in the evening where you can take in all of nature which surrounds you. We didn't have a car or scooter and we walked to the beach everyday and also in the evenings for dinner.. takes about 20mins but is a lovely quiet walk,. We cannot wait to return..xx

A fabulous stay. The home and grounds were so lovely. Beds very comfortable and rooms are decorated very well. The location was very close to beach, about 15-20 minute walk to some beach front restaurants. The on-site cafe was delicious. Staff were fantastic and even helped organise decorate one of the rooms with birthday decorations for my partner. Thank you!

I have spent a lot of time in Samui. This was the best option by far for a small family or two couples. The location was great the amenities excellent and the house and pool outstanding. It isn’t a budget option but it still offered fair value.

Can’t recommend this place enough! If you’re staying in Siem Reap, especially if you’re doing Angkor, you MUST stay here Chhorda was beyond helpful every step of the way, going above and beyond to make sure our time in Cambodia was well spent! The spot has other rooms as well so there’s a bit of community atmosphere, especially when Chhorda’s mother cooks dinner for everyone every night!! He is also a very knowledgeable, funny and friendly tour guide, making it seem like you’re hanging out with a good buddy if you’re lucky enough to have him set up a day or two itinerary for you! If you’re in Cambodia to see the temples or to get a feel for how locals live, look no further and book this spot!!!

Beautiful location with an amazing view of the ocean 😍

Already upon our arrival we were warmly welcomed by Chutima's mother and immediately felt at home. Their loving manner made our stay unforgettable. The place matched 100% of the pictures – if not even more beautiful! Our room was huge, the bathroom spacious and everything sparkling clean. Every morning there was a lovingly prepared breakfast and in the evening delicious, homemade food. Chutima took care of us touchingly and organized two scooters for two nights so we could explore the fantastic surroundings. Particularly impressive was the Mueang Thuat waterfall, just 30 minutes away – an absolute highlight! Those in transit should definitely book this place. I would give 6 stars if I could! Thank you for this wonderful time!

Phusanisa was an excellent host and her place is located in a great location. It is close to the park for running in the morning, and also within walking distance to the three street markets. You must try the sweet pork that Trang is known for! The twin room was perfect for one night, but I upgraded to the private bathroom for just a few $ more and it was worth it for me. There is coffee, water, fresh fruit and coffee daily as well. I would highly recommend Sleeper’s House for your stay in Trang - and also Happy Trip travels if you need to book an excursion.
