Everything was very pleasant. We moved into a clean, well-maintained apartment. Everything matches the photo. Walking distance to the beach, bars, cafes and restaurants. Also close to the bus station. The host is very friendly, always answered our questions and took great care to make us comfortable. I'm glad we trusted you. Thank you for everything 😊❤️

This stay was a 10 out of 10! Sirida is an excellent host. The apartment was clean, bright, comfortable and had everything we needed for a month long stay. Any time I contacted her I got an immediate and helpful response. The pool is large and clean and there are lots of chairs to sit in around it. There are lots of bars and restaurants in the area to chose from and both malls are just a short Songtheaw ride or Bolt ride away. There is even a football standium just up the street where I got to watch the local team in action. I would highly recommend this place to anyone! The only note I would make (and it is out of anyone’s control) is that if the water levels are high there is no beach in front of the property. (I am told this is common in January. It got better later in the month.) Thank you Sirida for your hospitality and we hope to come back again sometime.

We were 2 couples staying in Philippe's house for 2 weeks and everything was just perfect , so nice house and close to the beach and the nice pool . It was very quiet and peaceful there . Close to good restaurants , there were also some places to buy beer and water nearby , the grocery store was a bit away then then the mc electric car is recommended. We are happy to come back here we have fully enjoyed our holiday . Philippe is very helpful and responsive .

We had an unforgettable stay at this waterfront villa with more magical sunsets from each other. The villa offers a bathroom in each bedroom, a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a pool by the water. Our stay was magnified by the availability of Fon who prepared breakfasts, lunches and dinners on request for us. The drivers were at our disposal throughout the stay. Thanks to our host Steve, to Fon , to our drivers for everything. If you're visiting Kho Samui, Fon and Steve will respond to all your requests and make your vacation easier. We'll be back for sure.

Dmitry was very friendly and helpful whenever we needed something or had a problem. The place was also very nice and it was the perfect getaway for us. It had everything we needed and more! I would definitely come back here if i were to come back! Thanks Dmitry!
