We all travel a lot and have stayed in some amazing places throughout the world. Kevin’s place and Kevin himself were absolutely at the top of our experiences. We have never received such welcoming and accommodating hospitality as well as so many amenities provided in the home for us. The place is simply phenomenal inside - out . The salt water swimming pool is amazing. All the decorations in the home were amazing… the home itself was extraordinary. The neighbourhood as quiet as it could ever have been, there are joyful dogs and cats that will play around the property and on the beach and be your friends. There is a beautiful bar right next door (~50m) with great service and great drinks. The house has everything you need. All in all it is a dream Airbnb.

This place isn't just a place to stay, it's an experience, an oasis, a little piece of heaven on earth. Mica and his wonderful wife Sea are not only hosts, but true soul people who have created this dreamlike villa on Koh Phangan with heart and passion. The villa itself? Breathtaking, spotlessly clean, with a view that surpasses any performance. The attention to detail is noticeable everywhere. The surroundings? Postcard idyll. Every moment feels like a movie scene – just that it's real. And the hospitality? Simply indescribable. Mica and Sea take care of their guests with a warmth and warmth rarely found. They are available to help, give the best insider tips and make you feel not only as a guest, but part of the family. I've seen a lot of places to stay, but this one is setting new standards. Anyone who's ever been here will dream of coming back forever.

Staying with Jirawan at Minute Beach Cafe, was an experience both my girlfriend and I will never forget. The place itself is very serene and quiet, feels like a little slice of traditional Thailand, which makes a nice break from the very touristy/ busy usual places. Jirawan is a great host and makes you feel very welcome, super hospitable, and generally a lovely person. But the icing on the cake is her 14 dogs, so unbelievably polite, well trained, and most importantly cute. Would absolutely recommend staying here if you’re looking for some respite from the usual busy touristy spots, perfect for a couple looking to relax for a few days.

An absolutely amazing stay at this villa! We booked it for 3 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The villa is located directly on the beach and looked even better in real, compared to the pictures. Location was amazing as it wasn’t in a super buzzing area but was still lively enough. Next door is a cafe called Lay Lagom which was also amazing! Owner & Host of this villa were super accommodating & helpful. Villa itself is very comfortable and functional! Would recommend if you’re looking for a nice chilled out break. We know we will definitely be back!

Such a lovely and romantic place to stay! Quiet and nice to relax right there. Also easy spot to go around the island from!

We had a wonderful stay! The property and location is a real gem. We were able to enjoy the sundown every night. During the day, you can relax by the pool - which is cleaned every morning. We felt very comfortable at the place. 5 minutes walk there are shops and delicious restaurants. Jillian and the rest of the staff was very kind and helpful. We definitely recommend the place and would come back any time.

My Stay was fantastic. Robert and Koemyi went above and beyond to make sure I had a great time. They are personable, accommodating and Robert went above and beyond to show me sites around the area and haul me around in his tuk tuk when needed. Koemyi is a kind lady with a big heart and she's also a fabulous cook and their restaurant in town, The Welcome Bar is also a must see. Their Children are very sweet, inquisitive and I enjoyed playing scrabble with them as well as doing little art lessons. There is great paddling to be had and the setting is perfect for relaxing, reading and watching the fishing boats go by as the sun goes down. Vey peaceful. I will be coming back. The beachfront villa is located within White Sand resort. We had access to all amenities. And free pick up and drop off from the pier. We were offered daily buffet breakfast from Resort restaurant (780 THB for 2of us per day), it was very good choice and delicious. The villa is located just few steps from the beach, it's really beautifully location. The villa has all amenities you could imagine including working desk, rice cooker and full size fridge freezer. The only slight negative is often there was low hot water pressure under the shower. Yodying ( the owner) was very responsive to our questions and offered helpful tips. It was fantastic experience and I can highly recommend it.

We had a great stay at the bungalow. Ido was extremely friendly and always quick to reach. Also Nini, the caretaker(?) was extremely sweet! It has extremely many mosquitos, which are very aggressive, but upon our arrival we had anti-mosquito incense provided. Just be aware that it is outdoors and therefore has animals. But we really liked it and would recommend it!
