Monthly Rentals in Gulfport Beach Recreation Area

We thoroughly enjoyed Paul’s comfortable bungalow in Gulfport. The house has been beautifully updated and is well appointed. There’s an abundance of power outlets… there’s no having to search or move furniture to find an outlet. The bathrooms were neat and clean. The feeling of the house is cozy, and while it’s a small house, the layout of the rooms makes it feel spacious. There’s ample, off street parking. The street is tranquil and very close to the beach and waterfront. Within a few blocks are cafes, bars and shops. Bonus if your visit is on a Tuesday, their farmers market is an added treat. I recommend trying this charming bungalow. I would not hesitate staying at Paul’s bungalow in the future.

We had a great time and we will be back. Greg was very responsive. We had an issue but it was handled by the unit manager and maintenance to our satisfaction. It was a nice place.

I had the pleasure of staying at Billie’s Airbnb for 30 days, while I job hunted and looked for permanent housing. First, I want to talk about the excellent communication and quick response to messages and help from the local resident, Valarie. I was out and the smoke alarm went off, so before I made it back I had received a message and there were batteries with a note saying if I needed help changing them, she would be more than happy to help. Second, I travel frequently and have stayed in several Airbnb’s, but the kitchen here was IMPRESSIVE . I had everything from measuring cups, to cutting boards. This is definitely not a bare minimum stocked kitchen!!! That was a major plus for my extended stay!!! It was clean and had ample space for clothes and I even had enough room in the bathroom for all of my hair products and tools. The property is beautiful and quiet and the laundry room is conveniently located right outside the door! Highly recommend!!❤️

Great place and super convenient for walking to the Gulfport downtown amenities! Juan is very responsive and proactive host! Wife and I stayed here for son’s spring HS baseball games at Baseball City. 15 minute EASY drive to BBall city. No crazy beach traffic. Planning on staying again here, if the team plays preseason games in TPA area next spring. This beach condo is 5/5!
